About Us

Melissa Orth-Fray - 2010 Inductee

Melissa, a well respected exercise physiologist and a single digit handicap golfer, has built her practice around helping others – golfers to business professionals – improve their games, their health and well being.  Melissa coaches a select group of individuals and makes her ideas, health philosophies and best practices available to all through her lecture series, books and videos. Melissa says raw courage is doing the tough stuff it takes to be a champion. She fearlessly goes after her dreams and goals and she’ll show you how to do the same!

Along with her athletic accomplishments, Melissa graduated from George Williams college in 1985 with her Bachelor in Science. She went on to achieve her MBA in 1987 from Aurora University.

She has worked with several PGA tour players, as well as members of the Chicago Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls and Cubs. She’s worked with individuals ranging in age from 3 to 90!

Today, Melissa coaches a select group of individuals and makes her ideas, health philosophies and best practices available to all through her lecture series, books and videos.
