STEROIDS:  What's the big deal?

If everyone's doing it and the Feds don't do anything about it!  Why should anyone care?

Joe’s words, taken from the 1990 Mr. Olympia program…“As I’m sure you are aware, the bodybuilding movement has started a cultural revolution worldwide, with people in every corner of the globe becoming more aware of the benefits of weight training and proper nutrition.

There is no better way to become super fit or super strong than with the use of weight resistance training.  Tonight, we are watching history in the making.  For the first time, all of the Mr. Olympia competitors will have undergone stringent drug testing.”

“Bodybuilding is a health building sport, where drugs of any kind have no place.” - Joe Weider

Some have estimated Steroid & other illegal drug-use of professional & high-level amateur bodybuilders (men & women) as well a professional wrestlers and MMA pro athletes to be over 90%.  Zero drug-busts have been made by law enforement professionals.  So why should the public be concerned?  What do you think?

Steroids
GOOD or BAD?

"The guys take steroids, so why not us."  Laura Combes

There has been a lot of changes in women's bodybuilding since Rachel McLish won her first Ms. Olympia title in 1980.

Steve Reeves built a great body without the use of steroids. Again I ask you, "Steroids: Good or Bad?"
