Note that the pounds of the dumbbell is the same for all (15 lbs.) If that is too much for some, 10 lbs. DBs can be used. This a "personal" Challenge for you to use as a measurement of improvement throughout the summer. Please understand that when participating in any exercise or physical activity program there is a possibility of physical injury, and choosing to engage in this exercise or exercise program is done so at your own risk. If the activity seems too rigorous for you, please take a break. Every person should consult their physician before starting any exercise program or changing their diet.
Please note that you can try the challenge several times through October 13th.
